The programmer determines the process of processing the workpiece according to the drawing, and continuously optimizes the program to ensure the quality of the cost

During the processing of workpieces, customers can see the processing process of workpieces from their mobile phones anytime and anywhere (visual processing). In the process of processing the workpiece, we can use CNC to detect each dimension of the workpiece after processing each sequence, and present the detection report on the CNC control panel for standardized processing, so that customers can know their own product processing process.

After the workpiece processing is completed, the quality inspector conducts the appearance inspection. The shape tolerance and position tolerance of the finished product are measured by the three coordinates of Hykscon, and the electronic version of the inspection report is sent to the customer through the email. The paper version of the inspection report and the finished product are packaged and sent out together.

The finished products shall be packaged with wrapping paper to prevent moisture and put into the warehouse for shipment.

The finished products are packaged and delivered from the warehouse.
