How to monitor the processing of CNC parts?
Release time: 2021-08-16
With the development of the times, the requirements for parts with different specifications are more strict, including the strict control of their accuracy. However, many NC processors ignore this, affecting the accuracy of parts and causing great losses. How to do a good job in monitoring the processing of CNC parts?
1、 Monitoring the residual material on the surface of the cutting workpiece:
When machining parts with CNC parts, the cutting amount must be controlled to automatically cut according to the predefined cutting path of the tool. At this time, the worker must observe the change of cutting load in the automatic machining process through the cutting load table, and adjust the cutting parameters according to the allowable conditions of the tool to maximize the efficiency of the machine tool.
2、 Monitoring of cutting sound of NC parts:
Generally speaking, the cutting sound of the tool is stable, continuous and light, which means that the digital processing machine is very stable. With the progress of the cutting process, if there are hard spots on the workpiece, tool wear or tool holder and other reasons, the cutting process will become unstable. Unstable factors will cause the sound of collision between the tool and the workpiece, and make the machine tool vibrate. At this time, the cutting parameters and cutting conditions should be adjusted in time. If the adjustment effect is not obvious, the machine tool should be suspended and the tool and workpiece status should be checked.
3、 Dimension and quality monitoring of CNC parts:
Generally speaking, we should pay attention to the cutting speed of parts, and the transfer should be large enough. At this time, we should pay attention to the impact of slag paper on the processing surface, and pay attention to the machining over cutting and concession at the corners during cavity processing. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to adjust the jet position of cutting fluid so that the machined surface is always in a cooling state. Secondly, observe the quality of the machined surface of the workpiece, adjust the cutting parameters, and avoid quality changes as much as possible. If the adjustment still has no obvious effect, you should stop checking whether the procedure is reasonable. In particular, when the inspection is paused or shut down for inspection, pay attention to the position of the tool. When the tool is interrupted during cutting, the spindle will stop suddenly, and tool marks may appear on the workpiece surface. Generally, the tool should be shut down when leaving the cutting state.
4、 Tool quality monitoring during NC part processing:
Generally speaking, in the process of automatic machining and cutting, in addition to sound monitoring, cutting time control, pause inspection in the cutting process, workpiece surface analysis, etc., tool quality monitoring is also used to prevent timely processing of tools, thus affecting the processing quality of parts.
